Gimme Dat comes to life from twisted chords and keys. This beautifully pieced together intro swells into full force as rhythmic percussion swings from kick to snare as this 4x4 track moves and captivates the listener. The welcome addition of synth stabs and contorted vocals are added along with layers of other percussive elements and sweeping horns that accentuate the grooves. The bass line that appears for the final phrase gives new life and helps the track reach its pinnacle.

Ease and Taste consists of "Mad Ease" and "Timmy Taste". Both are producers, arrangers, sound designers and performers. They met in the early nineties, shortly after the fall of the Berlin Wall, years in Dessau. At that time Dessau was a stronghold for Hip Hop.
